Matt recently designed, arranged and supervised the building of new soakaway in our rear garden. Access to carry out the work was limited but that was overcome with day to day planning (even when the rain made the going difficult!). The contractors used by Matt were excellent too. Matt even wielded a shovel on the last day to get the job finished on time! Matt certainly ‘went the extra mile’ to make the whole process come together successfully. Do you get the impression we were pleased? Yes we were.

Our communal sewage treatment plant was failing discharge standards badly and was producing a terrible smell . A succesion of different servicing companies tried to get it working, but everything failed. The Environment Agency threatened to stop us discharging into the local river, and we thought we would have to invest in a new plant. Then Alpha Services came to look at the plant and immediately found the problem. They renovated our plant at a fraction of the cost of a new one, and 8 weeks later it is working perfectly! There is no smell, and it has passed an inspection by the Environment Agency. We are very happy customers indeed.
